UEFA EURO 2024 logo unveiled with spectacular light show at the Olympiastadion in Berlin | UEFA EURO 2024
The brand identity for UEFA EURO 2024 was unveiled at 8:24 p.m. CEST tonight at the Olympiastadion in Berlin. The tournament will take place in ten cities in Germany in less than three years.
The tournament logo is derived from the flags of the 55 UEFA member associations and their colors, which come together in various combinations, reflecting the shape of the roof of the Olympiastadion. The famous Henri Delaunay Cup features in the center of the logo, while the 24 colored slices around the trophy represent the 24 participating teams in EURO.
The brand promotes a EURO where everyone feels welcome and where diversity is celebrated. Football is a place where everyone should feel at home and the brand is a first step in building this home in Germany for UEFA EURO 2024. The brand’s strengths, from the logo to the branded designs and video , celebrate the diversity of supporters and football.
The brand is the result of an extensive collaboration between UEFA, DFB and the ten host cities, which began in September 2018, when the host association was announced. The creative agency VMLY & R Branding from Lisbon, Portugal, designed and developed the brand.
The slogan “United through football. Vereint im Herzen Europas further reinforces the message of unity, unity and inclusion. It is the same slogan used in the tender process and was selected In addition, each host city – Berlin, Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich and Stuttgart – has selected a famous monument to appear on their respective logos.
The brand launch took place in the presence of UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin, Interim President of the German Football Association (DFB) Rainer Koch, UEFA EURO 2024 Tournament Director Philipp Lahm, as well as mayor of Berlin, mayors of Dortmund and Düsseldorf. , Gelsenkirchen and Stuttgart, representatives of the other host cities, high-level members of the German Federal Government and other guests. The event featured a spectacular light show which culminated with the unveiling of the UEFA EURO 2024 logo.

All 51 UEFA EURO 2024 matches will take place at ten host venues in Germany in June and July 2024. The full match schedule will be confirmed in early 2022.
