Leacock will participate in the U20 Championships in Colombia

HOUSTON– Freshman hurdler Dillon Leacock will travel to the U20 World Championships in Santiago de Cali, Colombia from August 1-6.

At the American Conference Championships, Leacock clocked a personal best 52.48 in the 400 meter hurdles after finishing second at the Houston Alumni Invitational also in the 400 meter hurdles.

Leacock will race Wednesday, August 3 at 10:25 a.m. CT in the prelims. Nu’uausaula Tuilefano will also compete on Wednesday August 3 in Birmingham, UK at the Commonwealth Games for Samoa.
